[Israel.pm News] OSDC Fees were reduced

Hi,

let me announce that in order to reduce entrance fees we have
eliminated some of our direct expenses.
Thus the early-bird fees are now
450 NIS companies (also includes lunch)
190 NIS individual
140 NIS individual HaMakor member

While the early-bird dead-line was also extended by one week to the
22nd of January I'd like to urge everyone to pay ASAP in order to
ease the administration.
